These Communication Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain how 360 Pharmacy & DME ("360 Pharmacy," "we," "our," or "us") communicates with patients, caregivers, and customers by email and SMS (text message). By giving us your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive messages from 360 Pharmacy & DME under these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of Communications

360 Pharmacy & DME may send email and SMS communications for legitimate healthcare and business purposes, including:

• Prescription refill reminders
• Prescription ready-for-pickup notifications
• Prescription transfer updates
• Medication synchronization reminders
• Durable medical equipment order updates
• Appointment reminders and scheduling notifications

2. Consent to Receive Messages

Please note that certain healthcare-related communications, including prescription status updates or legally required notifications, may continue when necessary for patient care or regulatory compliance.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. 360 Pharmacy & DME is not responsible for carrier charges or fees tied to receiving our communications.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

• We manage personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We use communications solely for legitimate healthcare, pharmacy, and business purposes.
• We handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported by most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
